Quick answer
You want to make sure you have a bank account on file, then gather the weight & dimensions of the packaged item and get a shipping label. Once the item has shipped, be sure to enter the tracking information if you are not using a shipping label from Reverb. We’ll then notify you once payment has been sent to your bank account.
After your item sells:
- Make sure you have a bank account on file.
- Gather the weight & dimensions of the packaged item and get a shipping label. • For US users, you can purchase a shipping label from Reverb and opt for Safe Shipping.
• For users in the EU or UK, you can get a shipping label through our partners at Packlink.
• If you get a shipping label through the carrier directly, be sure to manually enter the tracking information on the order page. - You'll be notified once your earnings has been sent to your bank account. Payment notifications will be done via email, and payments take 1-3 business days to process.
- Once the sale is complete, leave feedback for your buyer describing your experience with them, which helps the Reverb community.
Additional tips:
- Track your shipment on your Orders page after the item ships to make sure the shipping status on the order updates accordingly with the carrier's website.
- If the tracking information on Reverb does not update, your earnings are not automatically initiated. Contact Reverb Support if this is the case.
- Be sure to pay attention to your Reverb notifications throughout the process in case the buyer messages you.
