How do I contact the buyer of my Reverb order?

If you are trying to get in contact with the buyer of your Reverb order, you can do that directly via the Reverb platform and our message system.

  1. Head to your Orders page.
  2. Locate the specific order and click on the Message Buyer button.
  3. Type in your message and submit.
